PKNP wanted to build a recreation site for the public in the heart of the city of Amanjaya at Meru Perak equipped with a variety of public amenities such as wading pool, skateboard park, auditorium, water curtain, wall climbing, etc. This project needed to be documented and tendered in a short time. Hence, all the consultants had to work hard to complete the pre tender in a short time and all items needed to be considered. At that time, the drawing was still not finalised yet. Therefore, the technological convenience of CostX eased the QS to measure all the items related plus meet the timeline that they were given by the client. As a result, the client can run the timeline project on time.
During Pre-Tender stage, our company had been given a very short time duration to complete the Bill of Quantity. At the same time, the drawing from consultants were not finalised and kept changing. Due to that situation, we were facing a lot of stress and difficulties to complete the BQ. Fortunately, we had CostX to complete the task within the stipulated time. It is very useful as it facilitates the pre tender process especially in the process of taking off and preparing BQ so we can spend more time checking for the quantity. With the use of CostX, it can make the time of the employee more efficient to prepare the tender and improve the quality of taking off in scope of accuracy of quantities.
