2025 RIB Construction Sustainability Report

In keeping with RIB Software’s vision for a sustainable construction industry, we conducted our third consecutive comprehensive report, surveying respondents from 41 countries. The voices and roles represented include developers, engineers, contractors, and a host of other specialties across the architecture, engineering, and construction value chain. With the objective of refining our vision and continually improving our product offerings in the face of the industry’s prevailing global carbon impact, this report intends to bring awareness to the following:

Why embodied carbon is important and how it is being tracked globally
The state of adoption of sustainability in construction and who’s making progress
The perception of sustainability within the industry vs. the reality
Potential drivers for future change
