Stuttgart, Germany, 05 May 2017. RIB Software SE, the world’s leading provider of 5D BIM Big Data technology, today announced the conclusion of a Phase-II-contract with SWARCO, one of the leading providers of traffic management systems.
The company has decided to implement the iTWO 5D-technology in order to be able to digitally plan and control construction projects in the future using an innovative and efficient end-to-end solution. SWARCO therefore follows the global trend towards integrated and model-based way of working.
"After an intense evaluation process of different software solutions, we have chosen RIB because of the modern and innovative possibilities offered by the iTWO 5D-technology," comments Martin Krummenerl, head of the Business Unit "Interurban" of SWARCO TRAFFIC SYSTEMS GmbH in Trier, the conclusion. "We believe iTWO has tremendous potential to further optimize our processes in the planning and execution of our projects."
