In the key account area, iTWO software revenues increased by 20.7% to EUR 13.4 million (previous year: EUR 11.1 million). The Administrative Board of RIB Software SE will suggest to the Annual General Meeting that a dividend of EUR 0.18 be paid out to the shareholders for the past financial year (previous year: EUR 0.16).
A highlight in 2017 was the successful development of the YTWO SCM platform and the acquisition of the first pilot customers in the USA, Asia and Germany. The joint venture, founded with the Silicon Valley Company Flex, was able to achieve its ambitious goals in the first fiscal year and served as a model for the development of the MTWO cloud platform. In March, Microsoft became a well-known strategic partner for MTWO. Both platforms are based on the iTWO 4.0 technology and have the goal of jointly reaching up to 2 million iTWO users in the medium term via a coordinated business plan (go to market). It is planned to win 100,000 users for the MTWO platform within the first 24 months. The aim is now, in addition to the strategic partners Flex and Microsoft, to build up a global MTWO partner network in the next 36 months. In order to a faster achievement of our goals, we strengthened our capital base in March.
Assuming stable conditions in the market, the RIB Group plans to generate revenues of between EUR 117 million and EUR 127 million and an EBITDA of between EUR 33 million and EUR 43 million in the financial year 2018.
