RIB Software AG (ticker symbol RIB) signs a Phase II contract with the state of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania
Stuttgart, Germany, 20 January 2016. RIB Software AG, listed under the stock symbol RIB since 7 January 2016, today announced the conclusion of the 1st Phase II Deal in the current financial year 2016. The contract was signed with the Mecklenburg-Western Pomeranian Department for Construction and Property. Therefore the state of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania decided on using the RIB e-tender platform (iTWO e-Vergabe Public) to manage tender procedures electronically and in accordance with the latest EU-Guidelines.
The core functions of the Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania Department for Construction and Property are planning and realization of construction projects of the federal government and the State of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania. In addition administration, management, development and utilization of the state-owned properties are important functions. Using the RIB software the customer is able to process tendering and contracting considerably more efficient, transparent and secure.
