CostX is an easy to use program which saves time and money. So it’s a win-win!
The building model in .dwfx format was imported to CostX. By using a BIM Model Map, the QS undertook 3D Measurement and prepared the Bill of Quantities (BQ). Measured Quantities were then checked against the client’s KPI, and the client was satisfied with the cost estimate and BQ accuracy.
We are planning large scale expansion projects. For this purpose, our specialist department is equipped with the appropriate technical resources. An essential component here is a solution for project management that not only meets our requirements, but is also ready for use as quickly as possible. The RIB software is to map all project processing tasks in a homogeneous overall solution.
Working with engineering firms every day, I see SpecLink as a powerful and effective spec writing platform that continues to get us specified on more projects.
