• To develop the project implementation plan, which includes defining and confirming the project goals, identifying tasks, quantifying the resources needed, and budget & timelines for project completion.
• To Manage the execution of the project implementation plan, which includes the installation, data migration, configuration and server and network capability interface of RIB software at client sites
• To Provide post installation support by evaluating queries and software functionality issues and responding in an appropriate and timely manner
• Delivering an excellent customer experience by developing and maintaining client relationships with senior management and End Users.
• Delivering an excellent consultancy regarding all technical areas like Hardware Sizing, Networks, VPN, WEB technology, data base management (Oracle, SQL), backup scenarios
• Develop training manuals and IT processes and procedures

• Civil Engineering or Computer Science or similar graduation with a high understanding of IT processes.
• Proven field based experience of installations, configurations, server and network management
• Client management and customer liaison experience
• Working knowledge of the construction, gas and oil or roads industry an advantage
• Knowledge with CAD, Construction software, Building information modeling are plus.

• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Project management skills including planning, time management, prioritization, multi-tasking and documentation
• An ability to be proactive, solve complex problems and work unsupervised
• Can work flexibly with regard to travels, business activities and hours is required.
• An adaptable team player who is proactive and supportive in a small team
• Strong awareness of the commercial impact of the role on RIB and its clients
• Confident presentation skills
• Highly motivated individual with a keen desire to learn new skills and progress career
